Bing’s mother is the reason she has culminated into a steadfast leader. “My mother came to America, and she had to rebuild her life as her nursing license did not transfer to America. She worked extremely hard and as she was working to regain her nursing license, she opened several businesses. She proved to me that if you have the desire to do something that you worked for it,” says Bing. “I have also had some great mentors in my life, Doug Wiley – Senior Executive VP of HR., Phil Thomas, Sales and General Manager and Tom Taylor, Executive Coaching Consultant.” These men have assisted her in navigating successfully through the industry with unique qualities.
