Bridgette Link is a SVP and Leader of Johnson & Johnson’s transformational initiative to enhance its capabilities to deploy modernized Finance technologies and processes.

As Senior Vice President of Financial Solutions & Technology, Bridgette is well-known as a Finance leader who focuses on growing the business, providing financial analytics and insights that help Johnson & Johnson to seize opportunities, solve critical issues, streamlining and modernizing the infrastructure, budgeting, forecasting and financial management processes. “As we are transforming, we continue to ensure we have the compliance aspects of our business front and center in everything we do,” says Bridgette, who is viewed as a change agent – bringing in an “outside in” perspective to a company that is already extremely successful.

The pioneering leader is helping Johnson & Johnson to think differently about “the art of the possible,” including how to use technology to unlock additional value and improve the overall user experience.

“Johnson & Johnson has a very talented workforce, so we want to train the employees on the newer technologies and use the technology to perform more of the routine tasks, eliminating non-value related work,” explains Bridgette. “This should allow the technology to supplement and enhance how the employee will perform their role in the future.”

Bridgette’s way of leading is very authentic and transparent. She likes to deal directly with the issues, focus on what is most essential and leverage the power of teamwork and collaboration.

Armed with an extensive background in Accounting, Tax & Technology, ERP transformation, Gen AI, and emerging technologies such as robotics, machine learning, and blockchain, Bridgette is leading her team in unlocking incremental value and potential, and also creating tremendous talent opportunities for cross-functional leaders across J&J.

“My leadership style attracts, inspires, encourages, and motivates people. I try to offer to the team the type of direct but diplomatic leadership that other sponsors offered to me earlier in my career. I work to assess what team members are good at and help to maximize their growth potential. I’m invested in my team members careers and focused on helping to build that next generation of leaders. I like to give people stretch opportunities and create an environment where they have exposure to senior leaders, sharing their talents and helping other leaders to understand the issues they are solving for the business. I like to position the team members to leverage their strengths, working with them one-on-one to develop other talents.”
