There is no such thing as immediate success. It’s continuous learning every time, with every new client, every new business function, every domain, and at all times, earning the trust of my customers has always been at the forefront,” she explains. “There have been, and there will be failures and learnings. One piece of advice I would like to share is to stay resilient, never stop learning, and always be open to new opportunities and challenges. Success is not a destination but a journey, and it's important to enjoy the process and celebrate small victories along the way.”

The pioneering leader feels that whether a male or female leader, people are conditioned by their culture, family beliefs, social norms, personal experience, and media. Hence, it’s essential to deeply recognize one’s thought patterns and see things as they are. “Once we recognize what our own “observer” is, we can design/action the changes towards what we deeply care about and work towards it (at both physical and emotional levels),” elucidates Christina. “Focus on what we care about – Say it aloud publicly, make time for it, put in energy for it, create value, measure outcomes, show up again and again. Also, always fuel up our resilience; ask our inner self, “What do I need?”. Boldly alter your calendar and give yourself what you need.” With this brilliant mindset, Christina is taking the company to new heights.
