Diana, a prominent figure in the IT industry, is the founder, Chairperson of the Board, Executive Director, CEO, and majority shareholder of Edensoft Holdings Limited. Her role encompasses overall operational management, strategic planning, and significant decisions concerning the group's development and operations. Diana's academic background includes a bachelor’s degree from Central China Normal University School of Information Management and an EMBA from Guanghua Business School of Management, Peking University, where she earned a master’s degree in business administration. She further enriched her knowledge as a visiting scholar (2010-2012) at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Diana also serves as the Vice President of the Shenzhen Digital Economy Industry Promotion Association, the Shenzhen High-Tech Enterprises Collaborative Innovation Promotion Association, and the Shenzhen Women Entrepreneurs Association. She has been honored with titles such as "Shenzhen Futian Talent."

When Diana walked down the street of Shennan Middle Road, she recalled the book "Chinese Woman in Manhattan" that she had read, which said, "I was on the street of New York, and I wanted to see which window would belong to me." At that time, the private economy was starting to take off, and some classmates and friends influenced Diana to go out and start their own business and later register her company.

In the company, no matter how old or young my colleagues are, I like everyone to call me Miss Ding, and you don't need to call me DingZong, which is more cordial,” elucidates Diana. “When I was studying at Peking University Guanghua, my classmates called me Xinyun, and if someone liked to call me by an English name, it was no problem, it was a relationship of equality and trust between each other. Finally, I have been emphasizing that everyone should learn and constantly improve themselves, which is some of my requirements and expectations for employees.”
