"I never stop trying to improve and believe that success is fleeting, and personal growth requires constant tending. A fan of Stephen King, I often cite the character Andy Dufresne from Shawshank Redemption—get busy livin' or get busy dying," says Frances, who was inspired daily by her mother, Joyce, who worked tirelessly raising her and three older brothers. Joyce worked in retail to help support the family while striving to provide a loving environment. Frances has always remembered where she has come from while on the path to where she is going. Armed with this brilliant mindset, Frances is taking the company to new heights.
