When she joined Digitalzone in April 2022, Jessica was tasked with an ambitious challenge: to build the Customer Success department from the ground up. Her forward-thinking strategy—using data from errors and client complaints as optimization points—has not only enhanced the company’s offerings but has also set a new benchmark for the industry.

Jessica is quick to emphasize that her journey is far from solitary. Chhaya's educational journey began in Nagpur, India, at the prestigious Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur followed by an MBA specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, India. These formative years provided her with a solid foundation in change management and leadership, crucial to her professional path.

To her, inspiring and empowering others is about understanding the psychological driving forces behind their actions. Jessica creates a space where her team can unburden themselves, discuss the root causes of challenges, and make decisions based on their definitions of success. Honesty in difficult situations is a cornerstone of her leadership; she values integrity and expects the same from those around her. Her philosophy is simple yet profound: "Success for me is about feeding my family's soul."

Due to this understanding, her journey to success has been a deeply personal one, not defined by a single destination but by a continuous re-evaluation of her goals. Drawing inspiration from the two hardest-working women she has ever known—her mother and sister—Jessica credits them with shaping her relentless work ethic. Coming from humble beginnings, her mother worked tirelessly to provide a better life for her family, instilling in Jessica and her sister a drive to give nothing less than 100% in everything they do.

As a female leader, balancing career and family life is one of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of her journey. She acknowledges the struggle of "mom guilt," but rather than letting it hinder her, she uses it as motivation to make the most of the time she spends with her family. For Jessica, her family is her anchor, and she is unapologetic about putting them first. She has been fortunate to have incredible role models who have shown her how to be both a successful leader and a dedicated mother.
