Laleh Goduci has been a Sales and Marketing professional in the healthcare and semi-conductor industry for over 35 years. Her sales, marketing, and operations expertise has been an invaluable contribution to her clients nationwide. Utilizing her extensive sales and marketing background, keen sense of business, organizational and management skills, and many other qualities, she has transformed EnviroMerica into a successful company for the past 24 years.

EnviroMerica took over 15 years of hard work and diligence to move into the smooth operation that it is today. Numerous long hours of direct sales efforts (knocking on doors, cold calling, and working referrals), relentless follow-up, meticulous attention to the quality of service, and perseverance have led to a business that currently enjoys over 50% in profit margin (EBIDTA) and is one of the best forms of residual income compared to any other small businesses out there. Linda and her husband always recommend starting a business that addresses a real need in the marketplace, has residual revenue potential, has no ceiling, can scale quickly, is not labor intensive, and is in a stable and ever-expanding industry like the healthcare industry.

Linda’s role model, inspiration, and guiding light has been Jesus Christ. “After I became a believer, His holy spirit has been a guiding beacon throughout my life journey as a woman and a businesswoman. I’ve had many challenges in my life including cancer, a special need child, and losing my Father at age 18, but as I stayed true to my principles of honesty, integrity, faithfulness, morality, love, humility, patience, gratitude, and so many other great Christian principles, God in turn has blessed me with an amazing life and career,” elucidates Linda. “As a female leader, I have begun coaching other females and passing on my experiences and wisdom to them at any opportunity that God allows. This is the legacy I would like to leave behind before I leave this earth and spend eternity with my Lord.” Linda also inspires and empowers her team members to become great leaders of tomorrow. She spends periodic quality one-on-one time coaching and nurturing her managers in each department to be the best version of themselves and teach others to do the same. She demands excellence but is patient and kind to see everyone reach their maximum potential.

Her most recent achievement is her life and business coach certification with Proctor and Gallagher Institute. This well-known organization is among the most prestigious coaching and training firms worldwide. Her vision is to improve the quality of life globally by individually elevating the quality of thought. She also finished Tony Robin’s university (Business Mastery, Life and wealth mastery, date with Destiny, Health Mastery, plus more), which took her part-time for four years.

She was offered by Tony to also join his organization as one of Robin's counselors, which she had to turn down because it was a conflict of interest with her working with Proctor and Gallagher Institute. Linda has also gained a Master's in Marital and Family Therapy, helping couples since 2002, and armed with her counseling experience and knowing of human potential, and being a business developer makes Linda a great business and individual coach.

“My five year’s goal is to have my own TV ministry, a live show helping people by offering free counseling to those who have no means to pay for counseling,” states Linda. “I teach 12 lessons in Human development being part of Proctor and Gallagher consulting team globally and I want to make that available to all via social media and YouTube.” She has helped hundreds of individuals since 2002 as a motivational speaker and a life Coach. The human development industry is her passion, and she will continue her coaching business for the rest of her life. She believes everyone is here on earth to learn, grow and contribute. It is priceless when someone’s contribution has such an impact on people’s lives.

For the days to come, Linda and her team are working towards digitizing EnviroMerica’s service and transforming the company into a Software as a Service (SaaS) company. “This conversion will allow our company to scale even faster and reach more clients nationwide reducing costs and increasing efficiency throughout every department,” explains Linda. “The future of EnviroMerica is bright and full of possibilities to expand and serve many thousands more in the healthcare industry and we are excited to see what happens in the next few years. Personally, I want to take more time off and focus on what I am passionate about, my coaching ministry and seeing lives transform for the better and seeing others especially women succeed in all endeavors of life.”
