Renee Barch Niles joined Angie Everhart in creating Diya Beauty & Wellness in 2023 to build this innovative organization into a market leading health, wellness and beauty powerhouse focused on clinically advanced, consumer-driven, health & wellness solutions. A graduate of the Tisch School of Arts at New York University, Niles is a leader in the retail industry with an exceptional track record of delivering significant business results for fast-moving consumer goods companies. She has also been recognized by Progressive Grocer as a “Top Woman” in the retail industry. With over 25 years of experience in CPG and over 20 years focused on the health, beauty and wellness industry, Niles has proven experience in optimizing revenues, reducing expenditures and implementing business operation strategies that bring profitability to the company shareholders.

Prior to joining Diya, Renee was EVP at WR Group running the retail brand division including the creation and launch into market of Bareorganics Superfoods, Probiogen Spore Probiotics, Oralgen NuPearl Teeth Whitening and private brands for leading retailers. It was here where Angie and Renee connected when Angie was the Spokesperson for Oralgen. The success that Renee and Angie created for the brand established a bond of mutual admiration and a desire to work together that led to the acquisition of the very brands built from the ground up starting in 2016.

Niles has also held the position of President & General Manager of Emilia Personal Care, a global manufacturer, sales, marketing and distribution company specializing in innovative personal care solutions for national brands, private label and custom contract manufacturing. Earlier in her career, Niles held a series of marketing, sales and strategy positions including Vice President of Global Business Development where she was responsible for managing a sales portfolio in global FDM and specialty channels of over $16 billion in manufacturing sales at Daymon Worldwide, a global leader specializing in the sourcing, sales and marketing of private brand consumer products.

Renee's leadership style is unique, as she provides just enough guidance to her team, allowing their independence and expertise to shine. With over two decades of executive experience in the beauty and wellness space, she has executed virtually every position on her way up the ladder. Renee's first-hand experience allows her to provide guidance and direction in each category. Along with the acquisition of the brands, Renee brought the key personnel along to ensure a smooth transition and continued success in each area, from manufacturing, logistics, quality assurance, operations, marketing and sales. Renee is a true powerhouse in her field and is dedicated to bringing the most innovative, highest quality, value-add consumer products to her global retail, specialty, wholesale and brand owner clients. Combined with her instinctive talent to understand and interpret her target consumer, Niles possesses a proven ability to enhance the reach, impact and revenue of brands.

The pioneering leader took great inspiration from her grandmother, who connected with people during her Avon Sales calls and Meals-on-Wheels visits. "My Grandmother was a beautiful inspiration when she took me to sit with the "adult ladies" sharing stories of the right skincare, what fragrances were on trend this season and most of all, how to make a human connection with someone, as she taught me that we all want to share our passions, our individual stories, and our beauty & wellness goals in a safe space," quotes Renee. "She then would go from selling beauty products, very specialized and listening so intently to her consumer, to then delivering to and feeding the elderly for our next appointment for the day." It took Renee years to realize that she was an angel on earth making connections that let so many people feel happiness through products, sharing stories and caring about others health and wellness dreams and needs. This motivation she learned from compassionate beginnings supports the primary vision of Diya Beauty and Wellness which is to inspire people to let their inner light, authentic beauty and wellness aspirations shine brightly to support them in living a healthier, happier, well-balanced life. Diya Beauty and Wellness has been fortunate enough to receive numerous awards this year alone, from the Product of the Year 2024 for their coffees in the Functional Health Product category to a Mindful Award for Best Organic Products and was honored by the Taste for Life Food Essential Awards 2024 for BareOrganics coffee. Diya Beauty and Wellness received the 2024 Global Recognition Award for its exceptional wellness industry contributions. "And we did this all while transitioning an entire "living, breathing set of brands, customers, vendor partners, employees and systems" to a new Diya Platform for continued growth and expansion," adds Renee.
