Uzma commenced her professional journey with SYSCOM, one of the industrial automation companies within the Group. With her exceptional ability to learn quickly and demonstrate leadership qualities, she played a significant role in transforming the company from a regular PLC system integration to comprehensive, large-scale Command Centre solutions in industrial automation. Her constant endeavor to stay updated with the latest technologies and her skill in building cohesive teams has led to the Group's adoption of AI and business process automation.

As a result, she now oversees critical corporate departments such as IT, Strategy, Quality, ERP, Marketing, and Digital Marketing. Additionally, she has developed a robust Corporate Management structure and manages all coordinations with the HR, Finance, and Engineering Directors and the CEO. Through the years, the Group has successfully implemented numerous in-house solutions, positioning itself as one of the top performers on the Smart Factory Index SIRI in the region.
